The Copenhagen court has resolved to hold an arbitration to put an end to the dispute between Murmanrybprom and Marine Sea Transport Ltd. (Panama). Now the Russian company is getting ready to defend its interest over the disputed vessel, but the dates of arbitration are not fixed yet.
