The information-analytical centre of The State Fishery Committee of Russian Federation has calculated the total amount of all authority organizations and services which are involved in the control of vessels returning from fishery back to home-harbour.

The original list contains 25 names as follows:

1. Coastguard.
2. Quarantine inspector.
3. Quarantine inspection of plants and organisms.
4. Regional office of the State committee of veterinary inspection at frontier and transport.
5. Regional veterinary office of animal diseases control.
6. Veterinary laboratory.
7. Sanitary inspector.
8. The centre of state sanitary-epidemical inspection on transport.
9. Regional sanitary-epidemical service.
10. The centre of standardization, metrology and certification.
11. Fire inspection.
12. Harbour supervision.
13. Customs.
14. Labour union inspection.
15. Fishery control organization (Rybvod).
16. Ecology inspection.
17. Sea ecology inspection.
18. Special communication inspection.
19. Economical crime control service.
20. Federal Security Service.
