The Federal Assembly – Parliament of the Russian Federation ratified Convention on the Avoidance of Double Taxation entered between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Iceland in Reykjavik on 26 November 1999 (Federal Law No. 80-FZ of 23 June 2003).
