| Operation “Putina” again Posted on Monday, July 8, 2002 |

The operation called “Putina - 2002” has started in Barents Sea. This has lately become a tradition.

Among the participants are 10 coastguard ships and patrol boats from Arctic Regional Administration of FPS RF. The main target of this operation is to take closer look at the fishery situation, exposure and penalty of infringers and poachers, and other preventing actions against the unlawful acts in the region.
